Return & Refund Policy

At Luxon Nature Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, to maintain the integrity of our operations, we have established a strict return and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

  1. No Returns Once Sold:

    • All sales are final. Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. Please ensure you have selected the correct product before completing your purchase.

  2. Return Eligibility (Damaged Items Only):

    • Returns will only be considered if the product received is damaged during transit. To be eligible for a return, you must meet the following conditions:

      • Mandatory Unboxing Video: The unboxing of the product must be recorded in a single, continuous video from the moment the package is opened. This video must clearly show the product's condition upon arrival and the damage in question. Failure to provide this video will result in the rejection of any return, refund, or exchange request.

      • Video Submission: The unboxing video must be sent to our official WhatsApp number at +91-7017952697 within 24 hours of receiving the product. Late submissions will not be entertained.

      • Original Packaging: The product must remain in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels. Any tampering with the product or its packaging will void eligibility for return.

  3. Exchange Process:

    • If your return request is approved, we will initiate a return shipment at no cost to you. You will be provided with a shipping label, which must be printed and affixed to the package. The courier will then pick up the item from your premises.

    • The damaged product must reach our warehouse in its original condition. We will notify you upon receipt, and only then will the replacement product be dispatched. If the replacement product is out of stock, we will process a refund for the full purchase amount.

  4. No Returns for Customer-Damaged Products:

    • Under no circumstances will returns be accepted for products that are damaged while in the customer’s possession. This includes, but is not limited to, improper handling, storage, or usage of the product.

  5. Final Decision:

    • Luxon Nature Studio and its parent company,AKP Enterprises reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests. Any attempt to circumvent these policies through fraudulent claims, altered videos, or any form of dishonesty will be met with strict legal action.

How to Ship the Item

  • We'll generate a return shipment from our end. You'll need to print and stick the shipping label provided by us on the packaging. The courier will then pick up the item from your premises and ship it back to us.
